Mentioned above. The depression and energy levels were improved by an adrenal protocol (liquorice root, DHEA, pregnenolone and some other supplements for mitochondrial dysfunction while working with Dr Kalish). I used to feel depressed about PDD a lot more too. I found it hard to motivate myself to do things after PDD but I think working with Dr Kalish helped.
Libido actually got worse about 1 year after PDD started
-Any other symptoms of PDD or changes you think were caused by PDD?
My sense of smell is worse
My skin gets itchy sometimes when I'm stressed. Taking an antihistamine helps.
I don't experience very vivid dreams
