SIBO was negative but that's just one type of dysbiosis. I'm doing a full microbiome test after the new Year. They will ship my turd to Singapore and have it thoroughly tested. And it's bloody expensive! (30,000 baht). Luckily I've saved a lot since 2020. I also have a thyroid check tomorrow, so let's see what that looks like.
I've found many success stories of people treating the gut. Like this PFS guy who took propecia for 2 weeks and suffered for 11 years. Be sure to read the comments.
I have a strong feeling the solution to our problem is something we wouldn't expect, so we have to think outside the box.
I'll also be running some autoimmune tests. There seems to be many PSSD & PFS guys testing positive for autoantibodies. For example this one. What is causing the autoimmune disease? I can only theorize it's the gut after reading many studies showing that's probably the root cause of most if not all autoimmune diseases.
I might buy some immunosuppressants and experiment with those. Low dose naltrexone seems to cure a lot of people's autoimmune diseases, even MS & chronic fatigue syndrome. Hydroxychloroquine seems good for inflammation-related autoimmune diseases. You might think doing these experiments is dangerous, but I've concluded that I'm already dead right now. But of course, I'll be cautious.
Current sleep stack;
Xanax or Diazepam or Lorazepam twice a week.
Other days I do weed + melatonin + theanine.
I'm not falling into that benzo dependence trap, especially since I already have 99 problems.
I also have Hydroxyzine for when I really need to knock myself out but haven't used it yet and probably won't. I just have it on hand.
Daily stack;
Inositol
probiotics
prebiotics
vitamins
Lithium orotate 5-10mg
The lithium orotate gives me a cognition boost sometimes, and sometimes not.
I've also been chugging nystatin to kill any candida overgrowth. Research people's symptoms on reddit. They're similar to ours. Although haven't felt improvement in that area yet and my turds do look similar to those with IBS & candida overgrowth after taking it.
I haven't had a panic attack for 3 weeks now. It's all calmed down. But holy shit that first week was hell. Everything was slow motion. It was like my brain had an old graphics card and everything was lagging. The derealization was like a bad acid trip. Everything was gray and it felt like I was living in my subconscious, watching my life as if it were a movie.
@james993 do you have any arthritis problems? I failed to specify this symptom before. I get it sometimes in my feet when running. I also have it mildly in my left hand. It's just slightly stiff, not painful. On my first week of my deca cycle, I had crazy arthritis in my feet, but it went away quite quickly. I also have peeing issues. I have to pee a lot. You have this?
