11 Years From Start Of Deca Dick
define Yes, I had very bad memory problems, I know what you mean when you say it feels clouded. I also felt like my brain capacity/IQ went down because of this and I would stumble words a lot when I was trying to talk, I would find it difficult trying to explain things as I would have trouble concentrating on what I was actually talking about. These things have improved now though. I have heard it could be a low pregnenalone/dhea issue, Vigorous Steve talks about it on his YouTube channel, he explains that as people get older these hormones decline and cause cognitive issues, he's a big advocate of supplementing pregnenalone and dhea while on cycle and using HCG while off.
ALI-B I would find it difficult trying to explain things as I would have trouble concentrating on what I was actually talking about.
Yes! I get this exact same thing. I'll be talking and forget my line of thought or the point I was making in the first place. I'm less able to explore ideas in my head in much depth.
Would you say this has completely recovered for you?

Each day is still a blur for me. Foggy memory. Slow thinking. Low IQ etc. You really lived like this for 10 years? my tachycardia and heart palps have improved a lot since HCG tho.
I'm thinking of trying T + E2 + HCG since that worked for someone else. I also might not be responding well to HCG like you did because I crashed 8 months ago, whereas you waited a few years until you tried HCG.
define Yeah for at least the first 6 years there was no improvements for me, it was hell, back then I couldn’t find any info on it and I had no idea about PFS/PSSD etc so it felt like I was the only person suffering from it. Thats why I want to share my experience of what has helped me and will continue staying around this forum, nothing worse than finding a forum post from someone in a similar situation and it leads to a dead end/they no longer post.
Let me know how you get on with the T, Hcg & E, I think the theory has a lot of merit to it.
I see Ryan Russo has made good improvements from his Lion Mane crash, he talked in a recent video that he plans to reveal what has helped him and says he took a compound that he never wants to take again, so it could possibly be estrogen that he’s talking about, I seen a while back that he commented on the original users posts who came up with the protocol.

You must've read my mind. I was about to ask if you knew about that guy. Where did he mention he has improvements? on a youtube video?
EDIT: I can see in his comment section he's keeping his protocol a secret for now. He mentions he can feel dopamine etc again. Jealous. Anyhow, i still have estrogen pills that i haven't tried yet. Could take some alongside my HCG. I could buy some more injectable E2... i threw the last of the stuff in the bin as I thought it was a dead end.

define Yeah I’ve been keeping an eye out for his full recovery video but still no signs of it. I did just discover this one though, so maybe the drug he talked about never wanting to take again is Sodium Valproate, will be interesting to see what his full protocol is.
EDIT: Just watched the full video and Sodium Valproate sounds fucking terrifying tbh.

Just ordered more Estrogen. Suppose I'll be dosing myself with E2 like a tranny, alongside the HCG. I'll fluctuate the dose like what Spyro said. Last time i only did it for a few days because doing E2 felt really sketch.
Also ordered that sketchy bipolar shit that russo talked about. Turns out every pharmacy sells it here.
define Let me know how you get on with the Estro/HCG. Be careful with those bipolar meds, there’s quite a few comments on Ryan’s video from people who have taken them in the past and the side effects sound terrible, seems like Ryan’s not far off from uploading his protocol so might be best waiting until he outlines his full routine before jumping on them. Where do you live that you can just access it from the pharmacy? Is that without a prescription?
